Diamond burr
We offer a large number of shank tools for machining various materials. Let us briefly explain what the difference is.
Shank tools from our offer are built for straight grinders, fortunes or drills. The most commonly used tools are 3mm and 6mm shank thickness.
3mm - use especially for fine modeling or detailed sculpture work
6mm - thicker shank allows the tool to be used in more powerful handheld machines, for example, for a sculptor
Working Posture:
EP - electroplated synthetic diamond - finer grain size (# 60, 120, 220). Suitable for fine processing of glass, ceramics, marble and granite (granite should be expected to have a lower tool life)
VB - Vacuum Synthetic Diamond - Coarser grain size (# 30, 40). Suitable for machining material similar to EP. It is characterized by faster work, better durability in machining granite than EP. Suitable for glass, granite, marble, ceramics ...
FULL Diamond Segment - Diamond Binder (a mixture of synthetic diamond and metal binder) - A tool suitable for quick and coarse removal in natural stones. A solid segment means that the work surface is up to the tool axis. The work surface is not only surface coated, as in EP or VB.
RESIN - a mixture of synthetic diamond and ceramic binder. In our offer you will find a few tips of polishing shank tools for stone polishing. Use a full set (all grain) to achieve a high gloss.
